Featured Photographer: Nolan Preece
Nolan Preece is a fine art photographer and art professor/galleries curator at Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno, NV. He teaches digital photography, platinum printing and alternative photo processes. His portfolio of alternative processes was featured in the January/February 2010 issue of photo technique.
