New way to generate revenues from image content

See it, like it, buy it now: ink2 has created a "print-to-revenue" service for owners of professional image content -- creating a new online marketplace for all kinds of personal expression products. This means that image content owners earn revenue from the sale of every printed product -- and consumers are able to personalize and professionally print images they discover on the Web.

How does it work?
Print capability and technology is integrated directly into individual (photographers/artists) sites enabling online orders, which are fulfilled and mailed by ink2. Like eBay, ink2 creates a new marketplace that enables diverse and innovative content.

The Market:
Consumers purchased nearly $25 billion in traditional, pre-printed cards, postcards,

calendars, stickers, posters, invitations, and announcements in 2006, yet only 0.1% of printed products were purchased on-line.

• Shutterfly generated $120 million in 2006 on photo print products.
• VistaPrint generated $150 million in 2006 on business print products.
• There is enormous opportunity in the direct-to-consumer model for photographers and artists.

For Photographers & Artists:
Photographers and artists earn higher commissions for purchased artwork and are not restricted to licensing contracts. Usually artists/photographers receive between 3-8% commissions but with ink2, they can receive around 35% commissions.  For further information:  www.ink2.com
